Each year we fundraise in the month of May for Johan's Birthday. 

Johan was born severely underweight and failed to thrive. At 5 weeks old he was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis. We fight hard every single day against this progressive and multisystemic disease to keep him as healthy as we can. Johan puts in serious work, taking 15-20 pills per day, inhaling 3-4 ampules of medication and spending 1-2 hours with his physio vest on. CF touches every part of our lives and every aspect of Johan's day, but Johan does not let it hold him back. We do our best to focus on maintaining a "normal" quality of life. 

Johan loves building with Legos, playing with his sisters and playing soccer. He loves art class, gym and running around with his friends. Johan also enjoys rock climbing and is excited to take a few friends to the climbing gym for his birthday this year.
