In honor of this crazy cat turning 3, we've put together a page for this year's fundraising efforts. As most of you know, Sydney was diagnosed with CF when she was just 19 days old. We have been on a continuous journey to learn all we can about Cystic Fibrosis to keep her healthy, all the while, throwing ourselves into fundraising so CF can someday stand for Cure Found.
