Help Super George Fight CF!
D' Angelo Family
It is that time of year when I ask family and friends for donations to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. As most of you know, our grandson George was diagnosed with CF at two weeks old. CF is an inherited disease that causes severe damage to the lungs and digestive system. There is no cure for Cystic Fibrosis, but researchers are getting close to a cure.
George will turn 9 on October 8th. He is doing great and continues to fight CF everyday thanks to the medicine, breathing treatments and the pulmonary team. The progress that George has made is due to the CF Foundation. The research being done to find new treatments, medications and breakthrough drugs make us want to continue to raise funds so that CF will stand for Cure Found.
George has quite a busy schedule, he continues to enjoy science, STEM class, basketball, and a year-round swim team. We are thrilled to see George thriving!
John and I have teamed up with other donors to create an Individual Giving Challenge. We hope to reach our goal by November 15th. It is with your support that George has faced the challenges of CF head-on. We cannot thank you enough for helping us. Again, we ask for your support in the form of a donation to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
If you can make a gift, please feel free to write a check made out to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and mail back to me, or donate online on this page (click on the blue donate button).
Your gift will make a difference in the lives affected by this disease, including our beloved grandson, (aka: Super George).
So grateful,
John and Mary
