The time has come, to go big!

In 2018, I completed Ironman Maryland while raising $10,000 for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. My goal for 2023 is to raise $15,000 and I'll run the Salisbury Marathon in April, compete in Ironman Maryland in September, and the JFK 50 Mile Ultra-Marathon in November. Other races may get sprinkled in along the way.

Curing CF or completing an Ironman triathlon may seem impossible to some, but with a plan, hard work and determination = anything is possible.

My son Clarence Julian (now age 11) was diagnosed with CF at a very young age. Because of the CF community's historical support, he has been able to live a happy and healthy life. He stays active by playing football and baseball and we are forever grateful to the people before us that helped pave the way for CF research. We want to continue the success of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

I am committed to helping find a cure for cystic fibrosis and am raising funds to support the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Annual Fund. Contributions to the Annual Fund provide important, unrestricted resources that help develop new treatments and pursue every opportunity for promising research that can lead to a cure. Please consider making a gift today. Your support will help make a difference for all those with CF and their families. Thank you!
